Amana is a Consultant for IWNC. He is based in Beijing and Shanghai China.

Whether it be out in the bush or back in a conference room, Amana Wong enthusiasm shows through. His passion is guiding people to self-awareness and engaging with teams to increase their cooperation and collaboration. 

He is an action learning facilitator, life skill trainer, having mastered experiential learning and team development over the last 10 years.

Amana has trained in applying assessment and building talent development infrastructure, for instance:

• Works with clients to develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with Talent Management goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes. 
• Provides and assists clients with one or more of the following integrated Talent Management solutions: designing and implementing AC/DC, leadership assessment initiatives, training curriculum, competency model and learning management programs. .
• Delivers workshops to facilitate Talent development initiatives, leadership development processes that can be enhanced through the use of psychometric assessments focusing on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Behavioral Profile (DISC) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Amana has strong facilitation skills and has conducted numerous interactive workshops for multi-national corporations.

He has facilitated conferences and corporate off-site meetings extensively in Asia Pacific region and Greater China. He facilitates Action Learning, Leadership Development, Team Building and Personal Coaching with EQ.

Amana speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
