Alice has over 15 years of human resources management experience in Taiwan, Singapore, the US, and China. In 2006, Alice joined IWNC as a consultant specializing in Human Resources and Organization Development. Today, she combines this with a Business Development Management role. In her six years at IWNC, Alice has developed long-term partnerships with her clients, enabling her to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and issues. She is one of the core members of IWNC’s team concentrating on business performance transformation through behavioral change. Alice began her career in McDonald’s Taiwan as a store manager, and was so inspired by the impact of her management skills training that she decided to go to the US to gain an MBA; concentrating in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Alice’s greatest joy is to see her clients achieve breakthrough results from her programs; numerous testimonials support her achievements in this area. She has also managed several successful Change Management, Culture Cascading, Leadership Development and Organization Development projects. Alice has a warm and energetic personality. She loves to travel, read, and listen to classical music. She was an enthusiastic writer and actress in her student days, and was an active figure in student government.
