This online assessment tool of leadership competencies provides two sets of insights based on the results. The first part focuses on leveraging more out of the range of strengths that already exist in the leadership team. The focus here is on improving the performance of your leadership team as it is today. The second set of insights of LGR Leadership is as a basis for individual coaching and development.
